Returns policy
We have a fit guarantee and before orders are submitted we manually check them in case you make a mistake.
Returns are accepted for any manufacturing faults.
When will I get my order?
Production requires between 2 and 3 weeks and we then allow around a week for shipping. We aim for all orders to arrive within 4 weeks. Please reach out to us at plackethq@gmail.com with any concerns you may have.
Where do you ship?
By default we ship to the UK and the EU. For shipping to the US please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
